The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate
When Ivan, a gorilla who has lived for years in a down-and-out circus-themed mall, meets Ruby, a baby elephant that has been added to the mall, he decides that he must find her a better life.
I give this book a five star rating because of the way the author wrote the all the charcter feelings so proper. I almost felt as if I was there with them.Great book,so much feeling so much love I love it!
I loved this because ivan the gorilla and the elephant stella bonded together like stella was a gorilla. Ivan was lonly in his habitat nowhe has new friend name stella.
This book was AMAZING! I love how Ivan and Ruby get to know each other. I also love in the beginning how Ruby asks so many questions just like my little sister!
I liked The One and Only Ivan because he is not what you expect him to be he likes to watch t.v and draw. I enjoyed this book because Ivan is interesting and he thinks he is the last gorilla on earth. I recommend this book and rated **** GREAT!
This book was fabulous! The writing was beautiful. Ivan's voice was strong. I read it in one day because I couldn't put it down! I loved it! ****
